Up for sale is a highly cohesive, historically significant lot of original, internally printed West Point instructional materials from the late 1970s. These materials come directly from the private collection of the original owner, a graduate of the historic USMA Class of 1980—the first graduating class to include women.

The items are preserved inside an original, 3 inch, black 3-ring cadet binder featuring the gold-embossed West Point academy crest and the gold leaf text: "Department of Tactics Office of Military Instruction Military Science Branch United States Military Academy".

Two of the core tactical manuals inside feature the original cadet name stamp, providing bulletproof provenance that this specific set sat in a cadet barracks room during one of West Point's most historic structural transformations.
