Very unique Large semi flush Art Deco vintage 1940s-1960s era semi-flush ceiling light fixture. The inner portion of the white enameled shade has geometric Art Deco bursting design along with small clear glass accenting lines that give an extra unique effect while lit. The light holds 4 standard bulbs.
CONDITION - The socket cluster and wires as well as some of the hardware has been replaced new as the old base parts were beyond saving and use, any of the original hardware that was salvageable was reinstalled. There is some aging and use imperfections such as scratches/scrapes and a few shale type chips on the edge of the thin glass shade. The large glass shade is made of a very large curved thin circular dome shaped glass with the white portion being reverse painted enameling design on the inside of the shade.
The original chrome components that remain are in above average condition with just a few scrapes/marrs from use and shine beautifully.
