Small vintage Japanese porcelain vase featuring hand-painted moriage (raised enamel) decoration. Design shows a geisha figure on one side and a Mt. Fuji/landscape scene with waves on the reverse, finished with gilt trim and a red-glazed foot ring. Backstamp reads "Hand Painted, Made in Japan" with a diamond-shaped maker's mark and a handwritten signature/character. Believed to be mid-20th century Japanese export ware.
