Up for sale a vintage Japanese Kutani hand painted eggshell porcelain tea set featuring images of Japanese Geisha in blue kimonos amongst flowers and butterflies. The partial tea set consists of 9 pieces: a teapot (6.5” x 6” handle to spout x 3.25” base diameter), 5 saucers (5” in diameter) and 3 teacups (2.75” H x 2” base diameter) decorated in blues, greens, rusty red and pink and all highlighted with gold. In good condition with 1 teacup having a small rim chip.
