Beautiful vintage Japanese kimono/robe in a rich gold-toned woven fabric with traditional floral, landscape, and decorative motifs throughout. Features a striking bright red interior lining and detailed painted/embroidered accents near the lower portion.
The piece has a dramatic oversized silhouette with wide traditional kimono sleeves.
Condition:
Vintage pre-owned condition and does need some restoration/TLC. Many of the threads throughout the garment are loose or beginning to come out. The garment is still intact and wearable/displayable, but some areas would benefit from careful repair or reinforcement. There is also age-related wear, including small holes/marks and wear to the interior lining, as shown in the photos.
