Vintage Japan Shibata Toki Chinoiserie Porcelain Bowl Gold Trim - LARGE ORNATE
Full flowers and cranes decorate the outer edges and interior, with gold embellishments.Edged on outside and inside with blue floral, gold trimmed.Bottom is decorated with purple flowers, red trim and red maker\'s mark.Just a beautiful riot of color all over!
Bowl is a large 8.25\" in diameter and 3.5\" high. It has a 4\" foot ring base.Marked Shibata on the bottom, the factory was founded in 1948 and this is an earlier piece.
No chips or cracks. Minor wear to paint, see some loss of gold trim along rim. Otherwise excellent.
