Vintage ceramic Beagle/hound dog salt or pepper shaker made in Japan. Features a glossy black, white, and tan finish with the dog posed standing alert with its tail raised.
This listing is for one shaker only. It was originally made as part of a coordinating dog shaker pair; the matching companion is not included.
The shaker has three holes on the top of the head and retains its original Japan paper label on the underside. The original cork-style stopper is also still present in the bottom opening.
Measures approximately 4 inches tall and about 4.5 inches long.
Good vintage condition with light age-related wear, surface marks, and some discoloration around the feet and underside. No major chips or cracks noted. Please review all photos closely for condition, markings, measurements, and details.
