Estate find. An elegant vintage Italian poker set housed in a beautifully finished wooden presentation case, distinguished by a striking **silver relief plaque signed P. Rossini, marked 925
The combination of dark polished wood, sculptural silver decoration and brightly coloured gaming pieces gives the set a particularly refined and unmistakably Italian character.
Inside, the fitted wooden compartments contain a deck of playing-cards, a large set of pearlescent rectangular gaming plaques in five denominations and five poker dice.
More than a practical poker compendium, this is also a highly decorative vintage piece equally suited for a game room, study, collector’s cabinet or elegant interior.
