The item you are offerding on is aVintage It's Miller Time Miller High Life Beer Advertising Clock Sign. The sign is in fairly good shape with some scuffs and aging. The bulb and the clock work. The clock is missing the minute hand but has the hour hand still. If it had a pull cord, it must have come off inside the clock, but it lights up when you plug it in.
