The Ingersoll 8842 is a postwar rectangular Mickey Mouse watch model associated with the mid-to-late 1940s. Although the model is commonly dated to 1946, the exact year of manufacture of this particular watch is unknown.The watch runs and appears to keep reasonable time. There is a noticeable clunking sound when the watch is inverted. Service history is unknown; a cleaning and professional inspection is strongly advised.
Overall decent vintage condition. The dial shows some pitting, as pictured. Case shows some scratching, but certainly not bad. Crystal is in good condition, with little scratching. Please examine the photos carefully for cosmetic condition.
