Vintage Indiana Tiara Glass Amberina Amber "The Last Supper" Carnival Glass For Sale

This listing is for avintage Indiana Tiara Glass "Amberina" Amber "The Last Supper" made of carnival glass in the 1970s-1980s. This color is a reissue of a 1891-1902 original mold that was in clear and other soft colors, but it is not a reproduction. The brilliant orange and amber color is hard to capture in a photograph. When you hold the plate up to the light it changes from dark orange to yellow in some places. This platter is in perfect condition with no scratches, cracks or worn spots. The last supper depiction is pressed in from the back, leaving the front completely flat. The details are hard to make out in the photos, but quite clear to the naked eye. The border features a grape leaves and clusters design, echoing the wine served.
