Vintage Hopi Longhair (Angak\'china) Rain Dancer Kachina Doll 12\" In Plexi Case For Sale

This is a Hopi Longhair (Angak\'china) Rain Dancer Kachina Doll in a Plexiglass Case. The overall dimensions are 18 1/2\" tall, 10\" wide and 10\" deep.
The doll dimensions, including base are 14 1/2\" tall, 6\" wide and 6\" deep.
This kachina came to me as part of an art collection from my parents, so I will provide the best information I have.
This kachina has been inside a plexiglass case since 2000, which means it has not been subjected to anything in the air; like dust, air fresheners or smoke of any kind.
On the base is a brass plate that reads, \"Sidewinder Phoenix Country Club Winner 2000\".
So, my assumption is that this kachina was given out as a prize from the prestigious Phoenix Country Club, located in Phoenix, Arizona, in 2000. I do not know the year that the kachina was actually made, so I\'m assuming 2000, but for all I know it is older.
I\'m not positive what, \"Sidewinder\" refers to specifically, but I\'m guessing that since sidewinder rattlesnakes are an indigenous species found in the desert regions of the Southwestern United States, the Phoenix Country Club had a contest of some sort, such that there was a winner, and the \"sidewinder\" on the base plate refers to the geographic region.Phoenix Country Club, established in 1899, is one of the oldest and most historic golf courses in the USA known for hosting the Phoenix Open from 1932-1986 and The Charles Schwab Cup Championship since 2017.
Ben Hogan, Byron Nelson, Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Gene Littler, Johnny Miller, Miller Barber, Ben Crenshaw, Hal Sutton, and many other famous golfers all participated and won the Phoenix Open.
Membership at Phoenix Country Club typically involves initiation fees between $25,000 and $50,000, plus annual dues ranging from $10,000 to $15,000.
Phoenix Country Club is a private premier club where many of the area\'s most influential people have played golf for over 100 years.
I am providing some history on Phoenix Country Club for context.
I do not know what this kachina is truly worth, but I highly doubt that a famous, exclusive and rather expensive country club & PGA tour location would give out anything less than high end prizes.
I do not know who this kachina was presented to or how it became part of my parents\' art collection.
I am basing the value of this kachina off of other kachinas on and based on the 12\" height and similar intricate details.
The plexiglass case has a small mar or imperfection on the top that does not show on photos as the case is clear. The case is 25 years old and has been handled and has aged, but better the case to show signs of handling and aging, than the kachina. Given how kachinas are delicate, I\'d prefer a local pickup. However, if the winning buyer is not able to pickup locally, I\'ll have it professionally wrapped and shipped to you from Fedex, with insurance!
If this is going to be shipped, the base will need to be unscrewed from the case and the kachina removed, as it will be safer for shipping purposes and provide better protection.
If this is going to be shipped, I will have Fedex do the packing and shipping so that they are liable for any potential damage. I am listing the Fedex cost for packing, shipping and insurance at $100. If it is less, I will Paypal you the difference. I have tried to be as thorough as possible.
