Vintage High Society Art Deco Porcelain Set Designed by Erte-Romain De Tirtoff For Sale

Features 2 fine China plates and matching espresso/demitasse cups decorated with iconic, stylized fashion silhouettes originally introduced in 1981 by Seymour Mann. Classic art deco revival popular in the late 20th century featuring a striking black-and-white visual profile. Elongated, theatrical figure figures typical of Erte fashion illustrations, paired with elegant geometric borders along the rim. The plates are often configured as snack or dessert plates specifically molded to hold a matching cup on either side or directly in the center. This set is free of chips, cracks, or wear on the black illustrations. There is one very small black spot on the back of a plate and a tiny black dot on the front of an another plate. Very minimal wear on the bottom of the cups and on the rims of the bottom of the plates. Please see pictures.
Other than that, they are in great condition considering they are over 40 years old.
