It appears to be brass, but has some tarnish and normal light scratches. Looks almost like rose gold in some light.
Looks to be from India, but there are no marks. Very heavy--close to 2 lbs.
Really picks up the light. The pictures do not do it justice. Perfect "key" dish for the front entrance.
