Vintage Handcarved Wood Carving Folk Art Wood Spirit/Tree Face Germany For Sale

Vintage folk art handcarved wood carving of an old man face known as a Wood spirit or tree face.  It is branded with the initials T.G.   I had another piece that was also branded with those initials but it  also included \"greetings from a town in Germany\" in German.  I couldn\'t make out the writing on the town to get the exact location. I will send a photo of it upon request, I didn\'t want to add to this listing to add confusion.
