Vintage hand-turned wooden nut bowl with the natural bark edge left on — warm, rustic, and made to be used. The center post holds the included metal nutcracker upright and ready, with the turned bowl around it for whole nuts in the shell.
The bowl measures about 9.5 inches across and about 3.25 inches tall. The metal nutcracker is the classic spring-hinge style with knurled handles. The center post also has the small holes for nut picks — the picks themselves are NOT included; this listing is for the bowl and the nutcracker only.
Just as good off duty: it makes a handsome catchall / decor dish on a coffee table, sideboard, or entry table — keys, pocket contents, wrapped candy, potpourri.
Condition: pre-owned vintage, in good solid shape with honest wear — some surface wear inside the bowl and pencil marks on the turned underside (shown in the photos). No maker\'s mark found. Please look over all the photos, including the ruler shots, and ask any questions before buying.
