Charming vintage hand-embroidered tablecloth with a gold cross-stitch border of florals and scrolls on a soft white linen-type fabric. Circa 1940s. Handmade and hand-hemmed, with neat, even stitching on the front. Great for a card table, small kitchen table, side table, or as a vintage display or photography backdrop.
Size: approximately 33.5" x 30.25"
Condition: Vintage used, no holes or tears. There is light age toning, mainly along the hem edges, and some faint marks. These may come out with gentle soaking, but it is sold as is. The back shows thread tails from the hand stitching, which is normal. See the photos for detail.
Not washed by me, to avoid disturbing the vintage fibers. Smoke-free home.
