Vintage Green Satin Uranium Glass Votive Candle Holder Hand Painted For Sale

Vintage green satin uranium glass votive candle holder. Hand painted floral design on two sides, one of which is signed JA. Sole straw marks, including one on the outside rim and one on the inside base. Some signs of wear on the unpainted sides, though no chips or cracks. Seems to be rare as I can’t find a maker or a match online.
