This is a beautiful vintage Smaltotex enamel and brass wall hanging candle holder or candelabra. From Greece and made in the mid to late 1950s. Smaltotex is actually a specific type of Greek brass and enamel work, and this hanging art piece is among the many types that have been produced. A large, colorful and bold piece, measuring nearly 16" long. Actually made up of four separate pieces hinged together and quite impressive. In great condition with a wonderful patina. From my grandparents estate and now ready to become part of your art collection!
