Gorham sterling silver "Stoplight Jigger," model 354. It's a tiered bar measure with red, yellow and green enamel signal markers on the exterior bands. The base is stamped GORHAM STERLING 354 "STOPLIGHT JIGGER" with measurements of 3½, 2½ and 1 oz. The markers correspond to the three fill levels, so one piece measures several pours.
