New??

So I purchased this from an estate with some other new items this one did not have an original packaging but from what I can tell it looks to be New Old stock
There is some waviness on the back of the dustpan which I don\'t know much about silver plate but most likely it may be able to be polished?
Also the bristles on the brush are a little warped due to the previous storage it must have been pressed upon something which caused just a little bit the bristles to be curved
Again this may be something that can be repaired with light heat maybe you can straighten the plastic bristles
I\'ve seen others sell that are used but none that are in this pristine of condition
Please look at the photos to see the quality what you were purchasing I will secure for shipping
