- DETACHED HEAD: The silver-tone metal neck/head assembly has separated from the glass body at the glue joint. Old yellowed adhesive/glue residue is visible inside the neck cavity and where it attaches to the glass neck stump.
- METAL WEAR: The remaining left wing and metal head show significant tarnish, surface oxidation, and age patina.
- GLASS CONDITION: The glass body is structurally sound with light surface wear and minor shelf wear on the base.
