This is a lovely pair of hand cut lead glass perfume bottles, one with atomizer. They were manufactured in Germany during the mid 20th century, most likely 1950-1960. The label is still in place on one of the perfume bottles it is written in German “ECHT BLEIKRISTAL GEPRESST” which translates to genuine pressed lead crystal. The term refers to high quality glassware made with lead dioxide. The bottles are in excellent condition. The tassel shows wear normal for its age. The atomizer puffs out a nice amount of air. There is a flaw on the atomizer cap as pointed out in the photo, you can see a crack however it does not impede the burst of air coming out of the atomizer. This is a beautiful addition for any collector of fine perfume bottles. Please examine all the photos carefully. Thank you for looking.
