Vintage German Bavarian Porcelain Gesteinpipe Smoking Pipe Hand Painted Horse.
Up for sale is a beautiful, highly collectable vintage German/Bavarian Gesteinpipe (Stutzen tobacco pipe). A wonderful piece of traditional European folk art and tobaccoriana history.

Design & Features: Features a fine porcelain pipe bowl beautifully decorated with a hand-painted horse portrait and bright yellow and orange wildflowers. It comes complete with its multi-part stem, featuring dark turned wood sections, a cream faux-horn/stag-style accent, a flexible dark braided cord mid-section, and the traditional green decorative hanging cords with dual tassels.
Condition Notes: Good vintage condition for its age. The porcelain bowl is clean and intact with no structural cracks or deep chips, and the colourful painted graphics remain vibrant. The cork connection point shows typical age-related drying and wear but functions properly. The interior of the bowl shows minimal past usage charring. The wooden stem and tassels are fully intact.
⚠️ Missing Component: The original metal wind cap/lid is missing from the top rim of the porcelain bowl, exposing the raw ceramic edge and its original assembly alignment notch (please see close-up photo).
