Vintage Gemmy Hats Off to Santa Sings Dance Spinning Bells AS IS PARTIALLY WORKS For Sale

Santa is being sold AS IS due to only being partly functional. He sings and spins the bells fine, but his arm with the hat gets stuck and doesn’t move beyond a little twitch. I have included a video. He also does not move at the hips, though I don’t know if he is supposed to. No box or batteries included. The screw holding the battery compartment door is not original but it still sits flat. His beard is discolored and he may need to be cleaned. Please see photos and video for condition and details before buying.
