# Vintage Gault France Miniature - "Salon de Thé" (Tea Salon)
## Rare Double-Facade Parisian Architecture w/ Balcony – Signed Base #71
For your consideration is an exceptional, investment-grade centerpiece from the highly prized Gault France Paris Series. This features the iconic and beautifully detailed dual-facade storefront model: **"Salon de Thé"**.
As seasoned collectors know, multi-tiered boutique shops that feature specialized culinary/hospitality themes are the most sought-after pieces in the entire lineup. This stunning example features an asymmetric split-level roofline, an intricate architectural terrace balcony, detailed window moldings, and a soaring central stone chimney structure.
### Item Details & Condition:
* **Authenticity:** Authentically hand-incised with the official "Gault" signature on the back base and hand-numbered "71", confirming its genuine early handmade French clay lineage.
* **Condition:** Outstanding vintage condition. The delicate balcony balusters, multi-tiered roof ridges, dormer windows, and narrow chimney peak are completely intact with no chips, structural cracks, or restorations.
* **Provenance Note:** The bottom base still retains its original luxury boutique retail label from "R.G.S. St. Thomas V.I." showing an original catalog price of $210.00. This adds a wonderful layer of documented history to the piece (can be easily removed by the buyer if desired).
### Shipping & Handling:
Due to the tall, slender profile on this specific model, it requires careful packaging. This item will be heavily wrapped in multi-layered bubble wrap and securely packaged. I will take extra care in handling this high-end miniature to ensure it arrives at your door in its pristine, pictured state.
*Ships from a smoke-free, climate-controlled environment. Please inspect the high-resolution photos closely and feel free to reach out with any questions!*
