Description:
This beautiful vintage shadow box display features "The Holy Shell" (Mellita Testudinata, commonly known as the Florida Sand Dollar). It serves as both a beautiful piece of coastal home decor and a meaningful spiritual display.
The inner presentation includes two real sand dollar specimens set against a rich royal blue backing board. The crisp gold and white typography outlines the Christian symbolism behind the natural markings of the shell—including the Star of Bethlehem, the narrow openings representing the crucifixion wounds, and the five hidden "Doves of Peace" found when the shell is opened.

• Dual authentic sand dollar specimens displaying both the front and reverse sides.
• Rich wooden shadow box frame with protective glass front.
• Detailed informational typography recounting the classic coastal legend.
• Ready to hang or sit on a mantle, shelf, or console table.
