Vintage Fire King Jadeite Loaf Pan. VHTF
The Fire-King stamp on the back is indicative of it being made from 1948 -1950..
This loaf pan measures 5” x 9” and is exactly the same as the base to the
Philbe rectangular refrigerator dish except it does not have the Philbe design.
In all of our collecting days this is the only one we were able to find.
This loaf pan is a unique piece to add to a jadeite collection.
It is in great vintage condition with the exception of some very minor roughness on the inside rim.
As you can see on the photos the sides are not straight. Typical of the glass in that era.
I think the quality control person was on coffee break when this pan was made.
Please check the photos as they are a great part of the description.
