Vintage Fenton Gold /Amber Crest Ruffled Vase Footed 4 1/2” 1940s #2 For Sale

• This is a Fenton glass 4 1/2" footed vase.
• This is a ruffled edge vase with a gold crest. The crests are hand applied.
• This item was only produced from 1943 to1946.
• It is vintage and pre-logo, so there is no Fenton logo on the base.
• This is in great condition. There is no evidence of previous use.
• It was originally purchased from a reputable antique glass dealer many years ago. I am selling my collection.
• No chips, cracks, water sickness, or repairs.
• Photos may have reflection spots. Glass reflects the lights in the photo booth as white spots.
• Photos have been turned to show the pieces in as many sides and angles as possible.
• It sits flat and does not rock. The ruffle is well formed. (The ruffles are hand formed, so they are not exact.)
• I pack carefully and wrap and cushion my glass for a safe trip.

• A special note for glass shipping: If shipping looks high, it is because the post office charges for dimensional weight. This means that an item that weighs only a few pounds is assessed a higher rate because the box is large enough to accommodate the space needed for protection in transit. The cost also depends on your zip code. I use the smallest SAFE box I can find to try to reduce costs.

Payment:

·We accept payments only. Payment is due within 4 days of the sale closing. Automatic non-paying buyer will open a claim after 4 days.

Shipping:

·Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the package, and the destination zip code.We do not determine the cost of shipping, nor do we have any control over it.

·We weigh accurately, and only charge the actual shipping fee with NO additional handling or packaging charges.

·Shipping will be within 24-48 hours after payment is received, unless there is a holiday or weekend involved.

·We combine shipping for multiple items, whenever possible. We will adjust for errors or overcharges by the shipping calculator as necessary.

·Insurance is included in shipping fees, for the protection of all involved.Fees noted already include the insurance cost.

·We will only ship to verified addresses, in order to comply with policies.

·We usually ship via USPS.UPS may be used for very large items that the PO cannot safely handle.

·Please remember that Parcel Select, should you choose it for a large item, takes about a week longer to reach you. We have no control over this time difference.

·Safe shipping requires good boxes in the right sizes, and the proper packing materials. We use bubble and popcorn to pack glass or fragile items, which is costly for us, but it ensures that your items will be safe.

If there should be a problem:

·Please contact us, within 3 days of receipt of the item, should anything go wrong with the shipping, and we will assist you in filing the insurance claim. PLEASE SAVE all packing and any broken pieces, if there is breakage.

·If an item does not arrive as scheduled, please notify us right away.All packages are tracked and show delivery date and time.

·If there should be an error in shipping, as in, you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item, so that we can assist you.
