This piece is in preowned vintage condition with surface wear consistent with age and previous use. There is one tiny chip at the tip of a petal on the second tier, shown in the close-up photo. The metal fittings show surface wear, tarnish, and discoloration.
The bottom hex nut has been replaced to secure the assembly, and clear protective bumpers have been added underneath the base for stability and to protect the surface beneath it. These updates are shown in the underside photo.
