Add an authentic piece of Las Vegas history to your collection with this vintage Oneida Hotel Plate advertising spoon from the legendary Fabulous Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.Unlike souvenir spoons sold in gift shops, this example appears to have been an actual restaurant or buffet service utensil. The bowl is stamped "PARSLEY," indicating it was likely designated for serving parsley or garnishes in the hotel's dining operations. Collectors of casino, hotel, and restaurant memorabilia often appreciate these authentic service pieces because they were used behind the scenes rather than sold to tourists. The handle is engraved "Fabulous Flamingo," while the reverse is marked "Oneida Hotel Plate," identifying it as commercial-grade silverplate manufactured for heavy-duty restaurant and hotel use. This spoon displays honest vintage wear consistent with decades of service. It has tarnish, scratches, plating wear, and surface marks throughout. The bowl has also become noticeably flattened, likely from years of commercial use or long-term storage. Despite these cosmetic issues, the engraving and hotel markings remain easy to read, making it an attractive display piece for collectors of Las Vegas history, casino memorabilia, vintage hotel advertising, or restaurant ware. Please review all photos carefully as they are considered part of the item description.Features
