Embossed Glass Medicine Bottle! Cork Top!
Up for sale is a Vintage “F. Ad. Richter & Co.” Embossed Glass Cork Top Medicine Bottle! This is a vintage medicine bottle which most likely contained a pain elixir (the company was known for pain relievers that contained cocaine). The bottle is clear glass with an Anchor Hocking mark embossed on its bottom, so it is most likely from the late 1930s! The bottle measures about 5” tall x 1¾” wide x ¾” deep. It is embossed “F. Ad Richter & Co. Inc.” on one side and “New York” on the other side. As shown in the photos, the bottle is in very good condition for its age with very little wear. I did not see any cracks or chips in the bottle. It is pretty clean with very little residue inside. This vintage “F. Ad. Richter & Co.” medicine bottle would make a great addition to your collection!Take a look at the photos to best judge its condition.
