Up for sale is a rare, completely authentic matching pair of Mid-Century Japanese export
silk embroideries, curated by Enesco Imports during the 1950s/1960s. These pieces feature
exquisite hand-stitched bird scenes with incredible, raised dimensional texture against a
softly hand-painted background sky.
- Piece 1 (Model 15533): Depicts two highly detailed Pheasants in flight near foliage.
- Piece 2 (Model 16533): Depicts two Ducks gliding down toward a serene pond with tall reeds.
### Provenance & Collector\'s Note:
Both frames retain 100% of their historical backing details. The original \"Imports Enesco Japan\"
red/silver foil stickers are completely intact. Both wooden veneer backing panels feature the
crisp trade stamps confirming their exact catalog production numbers (15533 & 16533).
### Condition Report (Please Review Photos):
This pair is in honest, untouched vintage condition and is being sold exactly as found to
preserve its authenticity.
- Top Frame (Pheasant): Very clean textile with minor, expected surface aging/foxing spots.
- Bottom Frame (Duck): Features age-related water staining along the upper perimeter and
a visible split/loss in the silk canvas along the middle-left margin.
