Vintage Embroidered Lace Wedding or Sheer Panel Fabric New For Sale

This looks like an imported piece of embroidery and I don't know exactly what it is for. Beautiful and the material is very thin but sturdy with embroidered leaves all around the main center piece. It might be for a wedding or something else. Has a very old piece of tape that I am assuming was there to identify it when sold. Size is 37 wide and 89 inches long. This is coming from my Grandmothers home. She was a professional seamstress and has a lot of fabric stored in her sewing room. There are a few tiny rust spots, please see the last photo.
