This vintage E Otto Schmidt tin large cookie box is a wonderful addition to any collection. Made in Germany in 1992, this tin features colorful artwork depicting the famous Nurnberg Lebkuchen. The tin has a hinged lid and measures approximately 17\" long, 12\" wide, and 7\" high, making it perfect for storing all sorts of items, not just cookies.The branding on the tin reads \"Schmidt\" and it is a type of advertising sign that would have been displayed in a store or market. The multi-color design is eye-catching and sure to brighten up any room. Despite its age, the tin is in great shape and has been well-maintained. This item is a must-have for any collector of vintage tins, advertising, or memorabilia. In Great Vintage condition. The inner lid does not have the historical note attached and there seems to be three small dents on the the inside lid, but not noticable when the lid is closed. The top of the lid has a few scratches that are only noticable when the light hits the lid a certain way. None of these flaws take away from the beauty nor functionality of this beautiful piece.
