This is a very cool vintage Dutch Army field/fatigue shirt in a size medium (see measurements below). This shirt is in new, unissued condition!
This shirt is made of heavy cotton twill. It features two breast patch pockets and an interior map pocket (pictured). It has epaulettes and the buttons are all metal snap buttons. Furthermore, this shirt is a true OG-107 color! Each sleeve features a small flag of the Netherlands, which makes for a very cool accent to the traditional OD fatigue shirt.
Like many European NATO nations following WWII, the Netherlands adopted U.S. standard field gear (or copies thereof) and modeled their uniforms closely off of U.S. fatigues. This is the basis for the multitude of OG-107 type uniforms used for decades by NATO militaries, many of which remained in use well into the 1990\'s.
