Vintage Dragonfly Lael Wood Painted Spearing Fish Fishing Minnesota Decoy Lure For Sale

This sale is for a wooden hand carved Fish Spearing Decoy. Here is a great collector item. The piece has an all wood body, with metal legs, wings and antennas. I was told by another collector that Lael was a Minnesota carver who is no longer alive, is the person whom carved and painted the decoy, I’m not a decoy collector, just selling it as a nice folk art piece. The decoy is in good condition for its age, there is some minor paint ware, but overall a nice piece for display, it measures about 4 inches long and 2 inches tall and 2.5 inches wide at fins. On The bottom of the piece I don’t see a lead weight in it. I also have other hunting fishing items including listed and other beer items check out my other sales.
