Up for sale is a beautiful vintage mid-century modern cigar humidor chest crafted by Decatur Industries. Made from solid American walnut wood, this piece features gorgeous natural wood grain and a classic tiered base molding design.
The interior lid still retains its original vintage plastic clay-bar humidifier element, making it a fantastic display piece for tobacciana collectors.
Because of its timeless mid-century aesthetic and clean interior, it can easily be repurposed as a desktop valet box, jewelry chest, or stylish office organizer.
Exterior/Interior: Good vintage condition with minor surface wear consistent with age. Wood has a lovely warm patina.- Lock/Key: The original key is NOT included. The chest is currently unlocked and the lid opens and closes perfectly smoothly. The front brass latch functions great as a standard lid catch.
