This mid-century modern Culver Cranberry Scroll decanter and wine glasses set is stunning! The five glasses and decanter are decorated with 22-karat gold and dark red ovals, and would look wonderful on a bar, cart, or buffet. All pieces are in excellent condition, but there is one missing glass.
The set includes the original gold tone caddy with handles and the original stopper for the decanter. This set is unsigned, indicating that it was made in the 1970s when the company was using foil labels.
The glasses are approximately 5 3/4" high, and the decanter is about 10" high including the stopper. The glasses hold 5 fluid ounces. The caddy is 13" from handle to handle.
The glasses and the decanter are in excellent vintage condition, which is unusual for Culver gold-decorated pieces. The gold is shiny and thick with no fading or wear, and the red decoration is shiny and clear. There are no chips or cracks. The stopper is hollow, and there is a little residue inside it. The holder is in very good condition with slight wear to its finish. Please see photos for details.
