This is Conklin Crescent 20P pendant ringtop fountain pen.It is a short pen, about 4 1/2 inches long.Lever filler works well with a new sac.Locking ring is solid and has some fading.
The nib is a 14K Conklin #2 Toledo which has good flexibility with very little pressure.
