**Authentic Vintage Coca-Cola STARR "X" Wall-Mounted Bottle Opener**
Up for sale is a genuine mid-century vintage Starr "X" Coca-Cola cast metal bottle opener, manufactured by the Brown Manufacturing Co. in Newport News, VA. This is a 100% authentic piece, NOT a modern reproduction.
**Item Specifics & Details:**
* **Front Markings:** Embossed classic "Coca-Cola" script logo with "STARR X" stamped near the lower opening lip.
* **Rear Markings:** Faintly visible raised mold number "8" and "MADE IN U.S.A." casting text near the bottom screw hole, dating this piece to circa the 1940s–1950s.
* **Condition:** Heavily weathered with a fantastic, rustic "barn-find" patina. Features beautiful surface oxidation, rust, and pitting accumulated over decades of age. The original red paint has worn away, leaving an industrial, antique look.
* **Functionality:** Solid cast metal structure. Ready to be mounted as-is or added to a vintage advertising collection.
Perfect addition to a man cave, home bar, outdoor BBQ patio, or garage. I have chosen to leave this item in its exact found condition to preserve the original patina for collectors.
