Free returns: within 30 days. 10 days, if obvious damage due to shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS: Any damage in shipping must be reportedwithin 2 days of receipt, and all packaging materials must be retained in theevent that the carrier needs to inspect it. Photos of the damage must be sent tome in order for me to open an insurance claim. If it is a shipping problem,please send me photos of box before and after opening.

Shipping: I will ship within 1 business day, once Ihave received the payment.

Unless stated, insurance will only be upon your request.
