Vintage Chinese Double Peacock Vase For Sale

This is an ornately detailed and hand-painted porcelain Chinese vase with brilliant colors. The vase depicts a pair of peacocks with wings in closed position, the male's plumage displayed in brilliant blues and greens. Coral and pink flowers, along with green and blue-hued foliage fill the remaining landscape of the vase. A black stencil-like floral and bird border is painted at the top of the piece. The vase is accented with raised gold paint texturing. There is a gold line that encircles the rim of the neck of this piece, as well as the bottom rim.
