★ Vintage Chinese Cobalt Blue Peacock Vase ★
A deep cobalt porcelain vase with a gold line around the rim. A peacock and a pheasant stand among pink peonies, flowering branches, and gold leaves. One side of the vase is left plain, so the blue really shows.
It is 10 inches tall and about 4 inches across at the widest point. The rim is 3.25 inches across, and the base is 2.5 inches across. The bottom has a gold Chinese seal mark in a looped border. The characters are stylized, and I would not put a reading on them.
Excellent condition. I do not see any chips or cracks. The gold line at the foot has a little light wear, and that is shown up close.
