Large vintage Chinese export-style porcelain vase in classic “phoenix tail” form, featuring a flared trumpet mouth and lion-head ring handles at the shoulder. Hand-painted in cobalt blue with figural panels depicting Daoist immortals amid clouds, set against dense scrolling peony and floral motifs. Decorative seal mark on the base.

Hand-painted decoration with natural tonal variation in the cobalt glaze. Footring shows genuine wear consistent with age. A substantial, well-potted piece — ideal as a statement decorative piece or for the collector of Chinese export porcelain. Small self adhesive felt pads were applied to base at one point to protect wood flooring. Can be removed by buyer if necessary. Does not affect the quality of the piece. A true statement piece.
