Vintage Chinese Abacus from China in Use Pre-1970 Wooden 15 Post 98 Beads For Sale

This old Chinese abacus was purchasedfrom a merchant in the 1970s by a photographeron assignment. So the item was old and inuse at the time, it has a lovely patina withmetal braces at corners, 98 beads on14 post. 2 post appear to be replacedwith metal rods. We think the frame ismade of oak. All wood except the 2 metalpost and corner braces. Measures:15" long by 6.25" high.
