This vintage made in Germany Bulova Tempus Fugit Westminster Chime Mantel Clock (340-020) is an eye-catching piece. It has been sitting idle for months and currently is not functioning as it should. If the minute hand is manually turned clockwise, the clock chimes very slowly. I\'ve read that is probably a sign that the lubricating oil has \"gummed up\" from sitting too long without being wound and needs servicing.
