A striking one-of-a-kind vintage sculptural object with an extraordinary free-form silhouette, substantial weight, and deeply textured black finish. Measuring approximately 12" across and weighing nearly 3½ pounds, this dramatic piece functions beautifully as an oversized cigar ashtray, candle vessel, tabletop centerpiece, planter, or standalone sculptural accent.
Its irregular raised edges and architectural form give it a distinctly Brutalist and organic-modern presence—an unusual statement piece for a curated office, library, cocktail room, or contemporary interior. I provided photo examples on how to use it.
Origins: Hand sourced from an estate sale sale in Cranston, RI. It came in a lot with several other brutalist MCM style vases and sculptures.

Finish: Distressed, bumpy, rough on top like cement. Covered in black paint most of it is flat or matted like finish some areas are glossy. It's sporadic. The edges and undercarriage on the obverse side is a glossy finish.
