Vintage advertising money clip / pocket knife combination with box. It was made in U.S.A. by Imperial exclusively for the Bendix Corporation as an advertising premium. It features a brushed steel finish with the clip and the logo in a glossy finish. There is knife blade on one side and a nail file on the other with the clip on the back.Excellent estate new old stock condition. There is no sign of it ever being used. Still in perfect condition.
