Vintage Beistle Halloween Hat with Crepe, Winged Snake Witch:

An extremely rare lihtographed Halloween hat produced by Beistle in the 1930s. Measures loosely 12-13\" wide with the crepe fringe. It depicts a serpentine witch with bat wings amidst an owl. The back has been previously taped together. There\'s some wear along the edges and a seam where it was previously folded. Crepe fringe is intact and in good condition. Overall in fantastic collectible condition for its age and scarcity.
